How voting works
Am I eligible to vote?
Currently enrolled students who have paid the union membership fee for the term are eligible. Check your status on the union portal.
How do I vote?
Voting is online through the student union portal during the voting window (Oct 6–8). You will need your student login.
Is my ballot secret?
Yes. The system records that you voted but not how you voted. Counting is observed by neutral scrutineers.
What happens if turnout is low?
A quorum threshold applies; if it is not met, the result is non-binding. The threshold is stated in the union bylaws (linked under Sources).
